Where did the last (almost) two months GO?

We're going to cover all of November and most of December in this post. Sadly, it's the vast majority of the total number of pictures from my camera. I am so behind on my scrapbooking though, so I'll be grateful for the small numbers in another two years when i get around to scrappin.

Anywho, Brie is in dance this year, hip hip! She's loving it! This was her first ever performance, and she did amazing! Most of you have seen the video on facebook already, I'm sure. If not, look it up. It's adorable!

Chelsea also performed, but the week after Brie. Chelsea is still loving dance, but at the same time she doesn't always want to go to class. She loves it once she's there, but getting up to go is starting to be hit and miss as far as enthusiasm. We'll see if she sticks with it. It's totally her choice, but I think it's good for her.

 She's always so serious-faced, ha!

I got a kick out of Abby's bedhead this day.

Our little marshmallows have gotten out a few times to play in the snow. Snow in boots doesn't stop Brie from smiling!

Can you believe six-and-a-half-year-old Chelsea can squeeze herself into this little toddler bee costume? I didn't think she would be able to do it. She proved me wrong!
Little one-year-old Brie wore this in 2010.
And little one-year-old Abby wore it in 2012.

This wraps up November.
December means time to decorate! We got some window clings for the big girls to keep themselves occupied with while Mommy and Daddy got the tree and lights up. Then we all joined in hanging the ornaments.

Putting the angel on the top!

If one is riding the unicorn, so is the other. Totally normal. (So is the messy face look, ha!)

We made paper chains as part of one of our FHE nights. The girls were quite into it!

Who took this picture? Wasn't me! Crazy kids!

And now here we are opening our presents on Christmas Eve at home. Daddy's face is too funny! He was actually cheering for his gift, not being grumpy, hahahaha!

Chelsea got some One Direction pajamas. She was so excited that she kissed and hugged them. Her favorite is Niall, the blond one. Why? Because he looks the most like Austin from Austin and Ally on the Disney channel. Love her!

Abby loves her blocks! She got a couple different sets; ones that include animals! That will be fun to listen to her play with them.

Here is Daddy's surprise gift to the family: A new BIGGER tv! The kids were pretty excited, which is funny because they actually don't watch that much tv. We don't have it on most of the time during the day. Even when it's on, they don't watch it much. They'd prefer to watch videos (like toy reviews and commercials, what?!) on the ipad instead. Even Abby.

Now it's Christmas morning and we are partying at the Heit house!

Here are the new gigantic pajamas the girls got. A couple years ago I bought similar style jammies and they ran really small. So this time I bought them all a size bigger than they need. And they are HUGE. Oh well. The kids will grow. They loved them, despite tripping over them, ha!

All the girls got a crown!

Make yourself comfortable, Chels. Uncle Greg is a good sport! Auntie Michelle and Uncle Allen also joined the Minot Heits this year. We missed everyone else, but it was lots of fun! The girls warmed up to them all nicely. Maybe TOO nicely. They were climbing on the others too.

Now Christmas Day afternoon we partied at the Kelly house!

Abby was decorating (her poor sick) Daddy with a bow matching his shirt.

Kyri and Brie were two little peas in a pod all afternoon. They are almost the same age and get along swimmingly! We missed Kinda and the boys this year, but we still loved seeing the rest of the gang!

The culminating gift opening session. Ahhh it feels good to be through the season, as fun as it has been. Someday now I'll have to clean up and get back to normal. :)

Peek!
Brie was excited about this new outfit. She'll look cute in it, as she does with pretty much everything. :)

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to everyone!

Fun! It looks like you all had a great time. Chelsea was pretty surprising with the bumblebee costume!
